By booking with Lissa Holidays, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Bookings & Payments
- All reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment (full or deposit, as agreed).
- Prices quoted are in KSH/USD and may be subject to change due to exchange rates or supplier adjustments.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Refunds depend on the cancellation policy of the specific hotel, villa, or service provider.
- Administrative fees may apply.
3. Modifications
- We will assist with booking changes wherever possible, but amendments may be subject to supplier availability and additional costs.
4. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents (passports, visas, health certificates) are valid.
- You must comply with the rules and regulations of the accommodations and service providers.
5. Liability
- Lissa Holidays acts as an agent between you and accommodation or service providers.
- We are not liable for accidents, delays, natural disasters, or events beyond our reasonable control.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the booking made with us.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
